It depends on the item:
Earrings are dispatched within 3–5 days.
Scrunchies are made to order — you choose your size, colour, and material — so these take around 1–2 weeks.
Made-to-order items like bags take around 3-4 weeks.
Full custom orders are roughly 4 weeks for bags and accessories, or up to 8 weeks for larger pieces like tops and vests.
I'll always give you a specific timeline when you get in touch, and I'll keep you updated along the way.

Absolutely! Custom orders are one of my favourite things to make. Just fill in the custom order form with as many details as possible: size, colours, style, and any inspiration images. I ask for a 50% deposit upfront to cover materials before I start making. There's no such thing as too much detail — the more you give me, the better I can make it exactly what you had in mind.

To give you a rough idea: scrunchies start from £12.50, earrings from £25, sling bags from £45, shoulder and tote bags from £70, and made-to-order wearables like tops and vests from £120. I am open to other custom orders too that I haven’t listed here.
Final prices depend on the complexity, size, and materials involved, but I hope that gives you a starting point before you get in touch. I know it can feel awkward to ask about prices — please don't let it be. Fill in the custom form or drop me a DM on Instagram, and I'll give you a proper quote with no obligation.

Currently, UK only. I use Royal Mail for all orders, so your parcel comes with tracking, and you can keep an eye on where it is.

Almost everything in my shop is made to order or to your specifications—this includes scrunchies, bags, and all custom pieces—so they are non-refundable. There is only one person behind this business, and I make each piece by hand. Please bear this in mind when placing your order.
Earrings can be returned unworn and in their original condition within 14 days of delivery — just get in touch before sending anything back. If anything arrives damaged or not as described, please get in touch straight away with a photo, and I'll always put it right.

Hand wash only in cool water and lay flat to dry. Please don't tumble dry, wring, or hang them as this can distort the shape. Crochet items are more delicate than they look, so treat them gently, and they'll last a long time.

I don't use acrylic. Most of my work uses natural, organic or recycled cotton — some of these contain around 25% recycled polyester, but there is no new plastic in any of my yarns.
For certain pieces I use mohair from Knitting for Olive, which is certified under the Responsible Mohair Standard. It's a beautifully soft, responsibly sourced yarn — and because it's a premium material, it does make those pieces more expensive to produce, which is reflected in the price.
Unless you specifically ask for Mohair yarn to be added to your piece, the items will always be Vegan.

Everything I make is crocheted by hand, around a full-time job, in the evenings and at weekends. A bag can take ten or more hours from start to finish, and the materials are carefully sourced — in some cases, like the mohair, genuinely premium. I price my work to reflect the time, skill, and care that goes into each piece, not to compete with fast fashion. When you buy from Ollie Stitches you're buying something made slowly and thoughtfully, by one person who really cares how it turns out.
