Returns

Due to the handmade nature of my items, I do not accept returns unless your item arrives damaged. Please be aware of this before ordering. For each order, and especially each custom order, I order the yarn and supplies specifically for each item and spend a lot of time creating each item. Due to this, I cannot accept returns due to changing your mind, something not fitting, or any reason other than a fault with the item itself.
