How long does it take to make my order?

Most items take around 4 weeks to create, not including delivery. Larger items, like clothing, may take much longer. I’ll always let you know if your order will need extra time.

Can I request a custom design?

Absolutely! I love making bespoke pieces. Just include as many details as possible — size, colours, style, and any inspiration photos — when you fill in the custom order form.

What materials do you use?

I use mainly recycled cotton and some organic cotton. I always try to source vegan, natural yarns. If you’d like a specific material, just let me know.

How do I care for my crochet item?

Most crochet pieces should be hand-washed gently in cool water and laid flat to dry to keep their shape. Crochet items are extremely delicate and need very close care to prevent shrinking or stretching.

Do you accept returns?

As each item is handmade, I can only accept returns if your item arrives damaged or not as described. Please get in touch if there are any problems, and I’ll do my best to help. There is only one person behind this business, and I make each item to order, so please bare this in mind when placing your order.
